About Me

Hi, I'm Dr. Jeanette De Witt.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I know what it’s like to:

- Bonk during a marathon.

- Be crushed by mononucleosis due to a weakened immune system from overtraining.

- Feel confused by all the supplement claims in the marketplace.

When I first took the My Health Evaluation by the Institute of Wholistic Health, my initial Health Score was 9.
